Challenge: XO‑WNG set out to reintroduce insect protein in a way that felt bold, considered, and culturally inspired. The challenge was to shift perceptions—moving away from shock value and toward something grounded in flavor, design, and intention. The product needed to be clear, confident, and accessible to a design-aware audience open to trying something new.
Solution: Taking cues from travel across Asia and global street food culture, the visual identity pairs vibrant color blocking with structured layouts and Latin insect names—positioning each flavor as both curious and credible. The packaging doesn’t shy away from what’s inside—it leads with it. The result is a brand that reframes insect snacking as forward-thinking, nutritionally smart, and visually grounded in modern consumer habits.
